First take a warm shower. Next, pour the scrub onto damp skin with circular motions.

Focus on your elbows, knees, and heels where dead skin builds up. Let the scrub sit for at least 2 minutes. For best results leave in longer. Turn the water off as you let the scrub sit, to save more water. After letting the Zscrubs sit, rinse thoroughly with water to get rid of access product. After drying up, apply your favorite lotion to lock in the moisture from the Zscrub.
